Terms of Service
Last Updated: April 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AIzadeh platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is provided by AIzadeh ("we", "us", "our") to enterprise clients ("you", "your organization") under a commercial license agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
AIzadeh is an AI-powered corporate knowledge base platform that enables organizations to upload internal documents, process them using artificial intelligence, and provide employees with instant, cited answers to questions in natural language. The Service can be deployed on-premise or via cloud infrastructure.
3. Data Ownership & Sovereignty
All documents, data, and content uploaded to the AIzadeh platform remain the exclusive property of your organization. We do not access, copy, analyze, or share your corporate data for any purpose beyond providing the Service. When deployed on-premise, your data never leaves your infrastructure. When using cloud providers for AI model inference, only the minimum required context is transmitted via encrypted channels.
4. User Accounts & Access
Your organization is responsible for managing user accounts and access permissions within the platform. User authentication is handled via OTP-based email verification. Your administrators control which users have access to which document folders. We recommend implementing the principle of least privilege when configuring access permissions.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes within your organization. You may not: attempt to reverse-engineer the platform's AI algorithms; upload content that violates applicable laws or regulations; share access credentials with unauthorized parties; use the Service for any purpose other than internal corporate knowledge management.
6. AI-Generated Responses
AIzadeh generates responses based on your uploaded documents using artificial intelligence. While we implement confidence scoring and source citation to maximize accuracy, AI-generated responses should not be considered legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Your organization is responsible for verifying critical information through appropriate channels.
7. Service Availability
For on-premise deployments, service availability depends on your organization's infrastructure. For cloud-assisted features, we target 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIzadeh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to your organization's designated administrator at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if necessary, the courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
